Default Call for 1994 Copper Metallic owners

A couple of NCRS members put out a call for owners of the 116 1994 Copper Metallic Corvettes in the member's publication, "Driveline". They are putting together a registry for that year and color car. As most of you know, the color was only sprayed for three days of the car's production and only 24 convertibles and 92 coupes were made in that 66U code paint. I responded and they asked if I would help enlist other owners to post here if they own or know of the whereabouts of these cars. Many thanks!

Never seen a pic of this color. Would you happen to have one?

Here's a vert at Mecum's Bloomington Gold auction 2004. It was owned by Bob McDormand Chevy. I don't think it sold there though.

Gotta say that in general, these limited production colors are so much nicer than the ones you see every day.

Copper, whatever that purple is on the top of the forum, steel blue, ruby red, graphite. Beat the heck out of plain jane white, red, black, silver.

Ive seen two over the years, the last time I saw one the guy didnt know anything about the color but thought it was a little odd that he had never seen another. The rarest color ive seen yet was a pearl white and also a tangerine orange metalic. The orange im sure was stock because I saw both a coupe and a vert, oddly enough around the same period. All three of these cars were late 80s.The white car I wasnt too sure about and maybe 15 later a guy on this forum posted info about a pearl white car and I believe it was this car that I saw.

I love the copper metallic. That's why I painted my 1984 corvette that colour. Colour code came from 1986 and 1987 copper

Here's a rarity. Rumor has it GM built one COPPER METALLIC ZR-1 that was destroyed but GM did make the emblems for the car. This is the rear bumper emblem for a COPPER METALLIC ZR-1. I've seen the the ZR-1 emblems as well.
