Need A/C heater control for '89

AC control
I had a problem wih mine too. I went to a 'Corvette specialist'! HAH!
They told me on the phone they were experienced with my problem.So I make appt. and drive 45 miles to the 'specialist'! Well 4 of them took several hrs. to figure it needed heater/AC control. ($309.95) They take mine, (core) order a rebuilt and 2 weeks later they install. Not fixed!! What? several more hrs. and decide that it 'ALSO' needed a new blower relay (155.19). put new one in and I shell out $662.65. They only charged me for 2 hrs. labor. (Suspicious) OK. I drive home and it's the same as before. Not working! NO FAITH IN THESE CHARACTERS NOW!! I call and tell them, on hold, hang up!! What? I call again, he's not in. I email and email. He's got to get the emails whenever he gets in, right??!! I gave up after 3 weeks. They are shysters and didn't
know sh*t about the problem. I bought a used heater/ac controller for $100. off ebay. No more problems at all.

THEY ARE BAD NEWS!!! 
Go for a used one first. you could get 2 - 3 used ones for the cost of a rebuilt and the rebuilt is no guarantee it's good.

I would be willing to buy your old core if the faceplate is in good condition.
