Default C4 Sound/Heat Pre-cut insulation kits

Hey guys,
We're offering forum members a discount for October on our pre-cut insulation kit for your C4's. Regularly $200 shipped, we're offering the kit for ONLY $160 shipped this month! Send a post office money order and save an additional $10! We've sold over 1,000 C5 kits and the C6 kits are catching up quickly on sales. There's quite a few C4's from the forum that are using our kit also.

Compare this price to ANY other kit on the market and there is NO comparison. Our kit weighs only about 5 lbs and will make a dramatic reduction in interior heat and also reduce road noise considerably.

Kit comes with instructions on the installation, including pictures and layout diagrams of the pieces. All that you need to do is order the kit and pick up a can of spray adhesive and aluminum AC duct tape from your local hardware store.... then pick an afternoon to do the install. Should take 6-8 hours for the install, depending how much of a perfectionist you are and if you decide to do a complete tear-down as shown below. The typical install only involves partial removal of the center console due to the amount of work involved in removing it.

Contact us anytime for more info sales@exoticvette.com or (407)221-8040. More info on our website CLICK HERE

Hm, looks like I might have yet another winter project coming up then. Do you have any links to testimonials from clients that have used your kits before?

Well, I could always quote a few, but I can also look up customers' emails and ask if it's OK to use them. If you do a search for pre-cut insulation in the C5 section there's LOTS of guys who have posted there about the same kit in their car (and the C4 needs it more than the C5 - I know, I've owned both!) Let me know if you have any questions... here or my email sales@exoticvette.com

Different materials all together. Dynamat is heavy and will absorb more of the vibration, although ours does too. It's also a lot more money. I've been in C5's with full Dynamat and it is quieter, but not quieter for the amount of money it cost IMO. Some of my customers have used Dynamat or similar heavy tar-based material squares throughout the car on rear wheel wells and large panels prone to vibrations and resonation and it did help to the point I would go that route instead of adding all the weight and money. Different materials will work better on different soundwaves / frequencies, which is why the combination works great together. The Dynamat works better on sound no doubt - if you rated a full insulated Dynamat C5 as an '8', I would say our kit's about a '6'. Best comparison I can give you. Any way you cut it, the Vette will never be a Lexus-type, pin drop ride, but you can improve it and our kit does work

Hope that makes a little sense!

I've never priced out Dynamat, just out of curiosity how much more expensive is it? I doubt I would go that route, just because of the extra weight it brings into play, but as I said, I am curious!

It really depends on where you get it, whether you use regular or extreme, and how much you are covering. I've seen guys do the same coverage as our C5 kit with extreme and spend over $600. The install is much more labor intensive and you have to cut your own pieces.

It is a neoprene foam (I guess you could call it a dense bubble material) with foil on both sides. There is a single-sided foil felt material that is quite heavy and not really more effective.

The A/C duct stuff you speak of is probably Frost King. Different material, a lot more flimsy, almost a cloth-softness sponge material that compresses very easily.

Just an option for you guys wanting a cooler/quieter interior. There's A LOT of C5 members from the forum alone that have our kit to maybe help your decision. Not claiming to have the 'best' material out there, but I bet it's the best price and bang-for-your-buck kit *especially at this sale price!

Happy Weekend

Sure Jeff.... if you pay on the website just make a note in the comments section of the payment that you want the sale price from the forum. You can also call 407-221-8040 but I won't be around much until Monday. If you call leave me a number and I will call you back sometime before then.

Usually I will do an install but lately I've been so busy with orders and everything.... Our holiday season sales start picking up within the next week or two so I can't promise I will have a full day to devote to installing one before the New Year. Give me a call when you have time if you want

I do have a local friend who works on Vettes all the time who might do the install. I will email or call him if you are interested. He's in Orlando.
