Bad dealings

Short version:

Joe was Paid $185 for a damaged (400 grit sanded, understood and accepted) targa shipped
Received top but with more damage (gouged) by shipping company
Joe recieved $185 insurance damages from shipping company
I recieve more damage.
Joe agreed to keep $50 and send the rest because of the damage but then decided to change his mind as he put it.


Added up:
Joe:
$185 (agreed price)
$185 (because he think he deserves to be paid twice maybe?)

Me:
Damaged top (agreed to)
More damage (not agreed to)

Joe asked, I don't understand why your asking for the money
