'89 computer ( and stock chip ) will work fine because it is programmed for CSI delete .Otherwise you can just use any '165 ECM ('86 - '89 ) with a '89 tune in
You can buy a plug kit to delete CSI injector or just leave it in place to fill the hole
Any '86 - '89 harness will work; the '89 one obviously won't have the CSI wiring which you don't need anyway if you do CSI delete
