FS: Fikse FM-5's
I have a set of Fiske FM-5 wheels made specifically for a 1996 corvette. The fronts are 18x10 with BF Goodrich KDW’s 275-35-18 and the rears are 18x11 with 335-30-18. The rims are in good shape and have been refinished in a matte black instead of the original anodized finish. The wheels have zero road rash but do have nicks on them from tires being mounted. The tires have maybe 200 miles on them and since being refinished have seen zero weather. I just have too many rims/tires and have picked up another few sets so I really do not need these and do not want any more clutter in the garage. I purchased these wheels off of the forum last fall sometime and they were better than described. I prefer not to separate the wheels and tires. Here is the original link to the thread that I purchased the wheels from.

Also pictures of the rims can be seen on the cars here: http://http://www.cardomain.com/id/Daniel_Mc
The wheels are registered with Fikse under my name and the VIN’s for the wheels are:
Left Front: F162A02 1996 0150 Tire Date 0309
Left Rear: F162A02 1996 0149 Tire Date 3909
Right Front: F162A02 1996 0152 Tire Date 0709
Right Rear: F162A02 1996 0151 Tire Date 3809
I do not know the offsets but they do clear the Wilwood GEN III’s on the ’89 with no problem and fit the GS perfect. The price is 3,000.00 plus shipping.

I don't suppose you'd accept left testes, would ya?
Good luck with your sale, I'd be all over them if I had the dough..

Daniel is a good guy. The buyer will receive exactly what's advertised. That Grand Sport is just like new too.
How many miles are on it now? Reached 1000 yet?

I see you posted the pics of the car BEFORE I went over there and keyed it!!! LOL
Daniel is a stand up guy. He and I have been close friends for many years. All of his things are perfect and meticulous.
I have been in his garage countless times, and he is NOT lying when he says that there are no miles on these wheels and tires. Everytime I have seen them they have either been properly stored in his climate controlled garage or mounted on the car and hovering above the ground on jackstands.
Definitely buy with the utmost confidence.

0H1Z06,
And they would look killer on the Z06 where in Texas are you? I could always deliver
'Shifter,
Sorry but no
Raidmagic,
DRM can make you some very nice custom spacers change the studs and you would be in business.
ZBRA,
Thank you sir The GS is just a hair over 7K and I have put less than 800 of those miles on it. It seems hard to believe that I have had this one since 2002. How is the family doing? I need to look you up I am in Lafayette weekly.
redvette6spd & 86PACER,
Thank you for your compliments!!!
myles930,
That’s fine buddy I'll remember that next time I have one of your cars over or we are your place or the track. I bet I can get Alfred to help Thanks for the bump I’ll catch up with you this week.
ZRWHAT,
When I received the wheels it looked as though some sort of wheel cleaner had been used on them and the anodized finish had white stains in it. I tried several things to remove it but it would not come out. I had the rims painted the matte black we did not scuff them up or anything because I did not want to risk marring the surface of the rim or the polished lip. Also I was afraid this would ruin the VIN number stamped on each wheel and to me that was not acceptable. If you got a rag and paint thinner it will come right off but I am not sure what would be required to remove the black anodized finish. Let me know if you have any other questions. I would be happy to shoot you as many pictures/videos of the wheels on or off the car as you would like.
SurfnSun,
No, they do not stick out. I will grab a better picture tonight of the front and rear wheels so you can see how they sit in the fenders on the GS. On the '89 they sit differently due to when DRM built the car the front was fitted with custom hats to accommodate the Wilwood's and the rear was relocated some to gain more camber and take the anti squat out of the car. This causes the fronts to sit out 1/7th of an inch further than stock and the rears look like they sit flush with the fender.

Here are the pictures of the front and rear wheels in the fenders.
Front:
Rear:
Also these sheets show how many miles the rims have been mounted for. I probably had them an additional 20 or 30 miles on the 89. Thats 114 miles on the GS and with the 89 maybe 144 miles total.

Calderone,

myles930,
Yea but nothing looks as good as that RUF 911 Turbo you have! That car is just insane
See you on Sunday at the autocross we will drive in that morning and back that night. Would you and Sara want to go grab some food after it is all over?
Daniel

Daniel...may want to post these in the ZR-1 section too.
Add, may I add, that is one hell of a log you have for the car. Very impressive! I wish I had the will to do that as well.
Hope you're doing well!
