Anyone know how to fix this or maybe have one for sale it's a 89

There should be a part # likely on that circuit and it would likely ID which years would actually swap if you wanted to buy. See if there's maybe a 25083760 or something similar. I thought that's what I made out of what I could see.

If the number is a match I believe that aspect of the DIC is '86+ but the "filter" would be different for the various years. That should answer questions if it was a buy!!
