Yes, they install in stock heads with stock valves with no modification.

Normally, installing parts such as these is necessitated by a cam change. IF one were to replace the stock items with what I am advertising here you MAY see a 10-15hp increase depending upon the condition of the springs you removed.

Going to make a correction here; you will not see any gain w/ these springs. You'd probably in fact, see a power loss if you simply changed the stock springs/keepers with these.

The spring kit allows for more aggressive cams. The way it does this is first, a narrower spring cross section (allowing more lift w/o binding the spring) and with a stiffer spring rate that makes sure the valve closes at higher RPM (no valve float). The engine has to overcome this stiffer spring rate and thus, takes power. Stock spring rate k=290lb/in. These springs are k=379 lb/in.

So while running a more aggressive cam does give more power, these pieces alone are to support an aftermarket cam.

Best of luck with sale.

Power can be gained via better valve control relative to weak factory springs. That's why I threw the "MAY" conditional statement in there.

I have these on my 93 LT1. the K5 kit is what you need for LT1's for seals to fit.
