He had the returned item in mailbox on Mon.

If your intent was to 'call out' a user here on the forum you want to use their forum 'user ID'. There's 3 varieties of Bradmiller here - if it was from a link here then you might consider mentioning the link.
I'd have thought it wise to have contacted him before the return - now he's got the loot and the part.

I am finally writing in conclusion that the guy never responded to the shift **** that was not for c4 auto.
Said he had an auto c4 **** and it was not. I did not know what kind of shift **** it was and it had a small slice in the leather, so I would not feel ok reselling it anyways. I would have kept it however because of the colors.
I gave him 2 weeks to respond and no response. Mabey something happened? Cheers

So file a case with PayPal. That will be the end of it when he either refunds you or PayPal does

No since I said it was friend or relative you dont get it back. You have to do the other thing.
Usually this is rare so I am calling it a learning lesson normally we always work it out here.

I know this does not help you with your current situation, but for future reference:
When purchasing off of ANY forum from a member you are not familiar with or who doesn't have a track record you are comfortable with, always make sure to pay as a "transaction" and not friends/family. You can always add the additional fees to the sale price to save the seller from getting charged with them if the seller is adamant about not paying the fees. Think of those added fees for the transaction as cheap insurance in case something goes awry...like it appears it may have here.
