I ran the part number and they came up as early 2000s Corvettes. Will these work in a C4 or will the PCM need some tuning to work correctly with them? (Working on a '96 LT4, fyi.) I'm not very well-versed in fuel injectors, but I know they don't all work the same.

They would definitely work but yes you need tuning.
Pretty sure these injectors were used in Z06's - I was running these in my 96 .
