I have a 1989 with the electronic C68 system. I am having trouble with blend door not moving and through trial and error plus FSM determined it's either Programmer or blend door actuator.

CONTROLLER--Controls the electric operated actuator (blend door) that is capable of multiple positions to control temperature.
PROGRAMMER--Based on a signal from the controller, sends vacuum to operate actuators which are either open or closed and used to control/divert air flow direction.
right now looking for both plan on sending whatever I buy to Batee for inspection and repair if necessary.
How much for controller and how do you know it is a good unit?
