Regarding the 91 column: Is it for an auto or 6 speed (i am given to understand they are different)? Does it include the wheel? What would shipping be to 46552?

I am about to tear into mine. I have it out of the car but not torn down yet. I suspect my knuckle busted. A replacement column would be easier than tearing mine down and possibly cheaper. I also need another wheel as my cover is bad.
