Mark, you are correct however you are not the buyer. I woke up this morning to find that you and another Forum member made payment via PayPal. The other Forum member had been communicating with me via PM's and did not post on this thread. I checked Forum for sale rules and it appears that since the other Forum member paid 3 minutes before you they should be the buyer.
However, I have some good news. I have a couple of other sets of center caps. So, I can either send you a full refund or email you pictures of the other center caps with pricing. One set will be similar or lower price and the other will be higher. Please let me know how to proceed.

The center of the rim is going to be painted - so condition is flexible
They need to have the hole in them and logo
