I‘ve got the black 96 Grand Sports used off my ‘86 with SS lines.

And I’ve also got C5Z06 that are brand new. Both sets have the brackets that will bolt right up to your ‘86.

I have the J55 caliper brackets and calipers but they should be rebuilt as they have been off the car for over a decade.
Seen prices all over the place but I'd do $230 plus shipping for the calipers and brackets.

Let me know I can get photos if you want.

Are you still looking? I have used calipers, lines and caliper brackets along with new rotors and copper washers.

I have a complete J55 braking system for sale. It is off of a '91 ZR-1. It includes 13" front Rotors, 12" rear rotors, calipers, caliper brackets and even the hoses. The parts need a little cleaning. I will even throw in new ACDelco rebuild kits for the calipers. I am asking $300 and I am in the western Chicago suburbs. I would prefer local pickup, but I have the boxes & everything to ship at your expense. I was told that a C5 upgrade wouldn't fit under my 17" wheels. Fits '88 to '96 C4.
I added 2 pics of one of the rotors. They are all the same. Hardly any wear shown at all, but you should clean the glaze off the braking surface for the most efficiency.

See photos below. Just to be clear all I have is the front. There are two calipers and two rotors and the closeups are multiple views. I did not think the rear brakes were any different on a J55.

Everything in the first photo included: 2 new rotors (made in Canada), 2 used calipers, 2 used caliper brackets, 2 used hoses, 2 used bleed screws, 4 new attachment bolts, 2 used banjo bolts, 4 new copper washers. $200 plus shipping
