Neil, the lights work but they are pretty flimsy on the ends, the cardboard backing is notorious for this (GM ought to be ashamed of themselves). I priced them new for $100 a piece NEW :eek: through Chevrolet. Someway told me an upholstery shop could refurbish them for a reasonable price.

Thanks. It was worth a shot. Yeah, I can get the driver side cardboard replaced by a local upholstery shop for around $50. I have the bulbs to replace the burnt out ones. Just haven't had the chance to do that yet. I figured if yours were in great shape it would save me the hassles. Thanks anyways!!

Thanks for the thumbs up... :yesnod: It's my idea of how the GS should have been offered with the reverse paint scheme and a ragtop with 390 RWHP to boot.

Funny that you ask..... I like to try new exhaust systems about as often I used to change girlfriends in my hay day. :D

At the moment, I am running straight pipes through a Magnaflow X-pipe and Flowmasters. Thinking about going with a pair of Dynomax Bullets if I sell the Flows that are on it now.

Buenos dias amigo, I'll take a few digital pics of the mufflers and tips this evening and send them to you. They are currently on my vette, they are meticuously sanded down and sprayed with 1,200' Aluminized paint and the tips are new chrome plated and bead welded.

just get a black clip... kinda like a clip that would be on the back of a cell phone case.. clip it right where the bend is on the visor. itll keep them straight for .50 cents :thumbs:
