found a fix for my lousy idle
hi, guys! I haven't posted in a while, just got back from germany.
while my car was stored, all the gas was siphoned from the tank!
and the bad idle worsend to quiting at almost every stop light. then the car would not start up for about 5 min. after it died. I happened to be at my cousins place, and he knew a guy that had a scan tool. he found nothing unusual but said It was most likley the MAF. so i said wtf and put a new one in. now i can actualy let the car warm up in the morning by itself while i go inside for a fiew min. never has my idle been this good!
just thought i would share that with you, i know many of us suffer from idle problems. I would use this as a last resort though. I had already tryed all of the other commonly suggested things with little improvement.
hey on a nother note, I just purchased a pair of used borla's for 61 bucks! I hope they sound sweet.
ahh it good to be back in the good ol USofA
