Optispark??
I was on my was home from picking a friend up at work tonight, getting on interstate, accelerating on past 65-70mph the car started sputtering and missing, lost power completely and died, i got it off on the shoulder and it will not start. I never got any service engine lights or anything else, only time i got anything is right before it died the check gauges/battery light came on. Does it sound like the opti crapped out on me?

Have you checked to see if you have spark? usualy the opti will kick a code and switch to low resolution... Maybe the coil or coil mdule? If you have spark check to see you have fuel pressure...
