the mystery clunk
i just completed replacing lower a arm bushing ,tie rod ends, and lower ball joints. now when cold i get a very good clunking noise from the front end. the bushing were from vbp poly / graphite. i can not duplicate the noise by bouncing the front end and is audible only when cold and some times turning when cold . the suspension feels great a huge difference and all bolts and nuts are tighend to correct torque when the suspension was put back to ground level.
