Coming soon
Seriously, I ordered a PCM. Should be here this week. I will strap the car to the dyno and make 3 pulls with wide band hooked up.
Without unhooking the car I will swap the new PCM in and allow the car to cool to the same temp as before and do back to back comparisons. Any Thoughts, tips or suggestions? Heck, anyone care to wager what it'll put down?
96LT4 with 85k
cut lid, homemade catback exhaust, hotcam, mildly ported intake. No other HP mods whatsoever. Still got the cats and stock exhaust manifolds.
Sorry for the delay. No update yet. Seems the car didnt like the new PCM very well. I purchased a core so I wouldnt have any downtime on the car and the new PCM wouldnt accept the password from the CCM. In short, the car wont run with the new PCM so I had to send them both back. I should recieve the new one soon enough though. The downside is that I wont be able to do a back to back comparison though. I'll still do a dyno with wideband O2 sensor just to see what it does and I will post the results. I should have em by next week.
