Yes, all you need to do is install a T in the feed line and one end goes to the carb and the other goes to a 7 PSI regulator ( or what ever setting you carb is using) and the out put of the regulator goes to the fuel return line
The Mallory 4309 regulator does a good job. I used that regulator and the efi in-tank pump to feed a carb on my previous toy. I put over 40,000 miles on it without any fuel issues at all.
I use the Aeromotive regulator. One to to kick down the presure with the return line,the other so I can set the fuel presure to carb and nitrous.
I have 2 setups one with 2 lines off the regulator to the front and rear of the carb,the other I use a fuel log andone line to the fuel log .I have the nitrous line running off the fuel log where the fuel gauge would usually go.
