Hats off to Tom DeWitt. I ordered a new radiator during his recent group purchase. The radiator showed up within a week. Unfortunately, the inlet pipe was 1.25" vs the OEM radiator size of 1 7/16" and my Fluidyne radiator inlet pipe size of 1.5". The upper radiator hose, even with a factory style spring clamp installed, could be easily pulled off the pipe by hand.
I called Tom and after a few minutes of discussion, he said "send it back and we'll take care of it". On Monday, I shipped the radiator back. This Tuesday (one week later, which includes 4 days of shipping time as well as a weekend!) I had a new radiator with the correct size inlet pipe.
The quality of the radiator is excellent and obviously I'm pleased with the customer service.
Just wanted to let everyone know of a positive vendor experience versus the negative ones we so often read about.
Glad to hear of your positive experience. Why don't business owners understand that their customers are their boss and we are the ones that pay their salary and we are the ones that fire them if they don't treat us properly? I don't know of a single business that has a self replenishing barrel of money that they pay their employees and themselves with!

Obviously you are not familar with the defense industry! Or government work either!
