Headlight conversion 3 wire to 2 wire?
Have a set of '90 2 wire headlights to replace 3 wire setup in my '87.
Has been documented here before but can't find anything in search.
Anybody got some tips or a tech page?
Have all '90 parts and wiring; no '90 FSM to check motor rewiring details.

rodj, is it possible these connectors are the ones you need to make it work? They were part of a harness I put into my '86, I have three wire headlights so I don't need them.
I think they *may* be adapters to connect three wire headlights to a two wire harness.
Let me know if they look like what you need.

Thanks for your offer.
I have all the parts needed , just require info on the rewiring of the control module.
Will use the 2 pin plug you show on 2 of the 3 existing wires to power the new motors .
3 pin headlight plug you show is same as '87.
Need to know how to rewire new control module to '87 wiring.

I'd like to take a look at that also. My '87 has been converted by the previous owner. I had a problem with them last week, but it turned out to be the three bushings that sit inside the gear recess. When I took the gear cover off, I was able to pour the bushings out into a pile of granulated dust.
