wheres the coolant from
i have an 87 manual and just recently i found a puddle of what i think is coolant under the car. it was on the passenger side and it was leaking off the back of the front wheel well. i cant see where it is coming from anyone know if this is where coolant can leak and if so where is it leaking from i cant find it anywhere. the other wierd part is its not overheating but there is coolant loss. thanks in advance

If it is clear it is condensation from your air conditioning evaporator. If it has an antifreeze taste or smell it could be the heater control valve or hoses. A leaky heater core should leak into the passenger's foot well, and not onto the ground.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the "SURGE TANK" where you put in the Coolant(Radiator cap) on the back side it had a small crack in the seem of the tank. bought a new one for $53 bucks from MID AMERICA, Problem solved!
