Default Where are MAF relays located on 1988 Corvette?

Where are the 2 MAF relays (power and burn off) located in the engine compartment of the 1988 Corvette? Also what are part #'s of the relays?

If it's the same as an 87, they are on the firewall above and behind the battery.

Correct, above and behind the battery. Power relay is facing forward and the Burnoff is facing to the right. Not sure of the part # but at Autozone the relay is MR22.

If 88 used the oval relays(pretty sure they did) 14089936 is the gm number. I believe ac-delco also uses 14089936 as well.

The 1988 Corvette had the same MAF relays on both MAF Control and MAF Burn-off - GM# 14103304 5-pin, but had different plugin's a 5pin for power control and a 4-pin for burn-off.
MAF Burn-off 4-pin is notorious for throwing a GM code 34 error when EBL ECM is converted over to MAP Sensor!

I don't 'understand' this post in a thread that seemed to have all correct information and is 16 years + old. Your referenced part # was replaced by GM over 20 years ago by the part # in post # 4. Poster #3 had the correct location as well. The thread OP expressed gratitude 16+ years ago. I just don't 'get it'.

Just doing some research for my EBL ECM error code 34 that converts to a MAP Sensor using the MAF Sensor wiring, seeing a lot of controversy in other forums on MAF relays, and thought I would put some links found to substantiate this posting for the 88-89 Corvette!
