How far into the tune-up do you want to go? Plugs and new wires are a must. Change ALL fluids (brake, steering, coolant, oil, trans. and rear end. Also change all hoses and serpentine belt. Change your filters,(air, fuel, oil etc.). Clean your throttle body.

The above is for starters and should keep you busy for a while.

Good luck

Taylor Spiro Pro on the wires. As for plugs, you will find as many opinions as there are plug brands. I use AC Rapidfire #14 and like them.

Don't forget your O2 sensors and PCV valve, too. Too important, but often negletected tune-up items.

I'd go with either Denso or AC/Delco on the 02 sensors, doesn't really matter on the PCV valve. The AutoZone special at $1.99 will work just fine.

Also, don't forget the rear differential. Use the Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Oil 75/90 weight and two bottles of the GM Rear Axle Additive (dealer only).
