"Service Engine Soon" light???? HELP
'93 LT1 out crusing around and the "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light comes on. Is this a timed light like the change oil light? It's running great, so I'm confused. Need your help because my manual is gone. THANKS

First thing I did when this happened was retighten the gas cap after disconnecting the negative battery cable to clear the code. The SES light has never come back on.
