Default methanol injection or intercooler ?

has anyone ever measured the intake air temp difference before and after the intercooler ?how much duz the intercooler really drop air temp, and for those that switched from i/c to water injection was it a good move or was the i/c more efficient .i am thinking off pulling off my i/c and just running a methanol injection my 91 it has 2 i/c and a lot of tubing for the compressed air to travel i think this costs some boost .so should i keep the i/c or get rid of all that tubing and run a methanol injection, thanks

I'm using Greg's base system & it works great for me. I looked at the the tubes & bs to install the air/air IC & just didn't like it.

See my previous post "Houston, we have a problem". That will give you an idea of what eliminating the iC and adding xxOH injection will do for you. However, the increase in boost is directly proportional to how "choked" the inlet piping is currently.
