Anyone got any idea why my car will just stall after being run hard?

Anyone got any idea why my car will just stall after being run hard?
After I run her hard for a few miles, and let her sit, she won't stay running unless I 2 foot it to keep the rpm's up. If I let her sit for a day, she is fine, until I run her hard a couple times.
I was thinkin maybe the tb gasket is busted??

If the gasket was busted it would leak, then you idle would be higher.
I would look at the IAC motor. clean out the TB.
It can be a number of things, I had a blown head gasket which would stall the car at a stop.
