For me I called after 5 and she said she would talk to tech and call me back. She did, said I can return it and they'd refund my shipping costs and send the correct 90-96 weatherstripping for the difference in price (about $9) and no other shipping charges.
I've bought from Mid America and Ecklers and not had any customer service problems with either one...
I delt with Melissa...
