I would like to install a line lock on a 86. what does it take other than the lines , solienoid and switch? i have a feeling the anti locks could cause a problem

fittings are not the problem the problem is that once the switch is released the front breaks dont release the break light comes on
pressure is off the valve ,but i will bleed them again I have a feeling that their is more than the obvious
after researching this problem further (which I thought I was doing here)...I think I have to disable the abs to make it work during lock up you have to go to the book or maybe i need 2 solinoids but I am going to try it with the abs disconnected first

typically, most line lock makers specify you will need two line locks, one for each front wheel, on vehicles equipped with ABS.
i dont know if installing only one ahead of the ABS modulator would cause damage or problems with the modulator.
i have a line lock on mine, but i have completely removed the ABS system...
also, many of these line locks are made in china, (even the name brand ones) and the quality is sub-par. i had two faulty ones on my car, before i got one that worked reliably.
one leaked, the other froze up the first time i triggered it, and wouldnt release the brakes...
