I am officially a member. I bought a Jeb converted manifold from forum member AS84. It is not installed yet, but I am thrilled just to have it here.
I am very curious to see how my combo likes it. Between the super ram, single plane and mini-ram, 383 and 406, I have alot of testing and tuning ahead of me

Congrats Pete...you will like the simplicity of the single plane.

I gained about .07 over the super ram on my 406 motor. The tune stayed the same, it just gave me more rpm operating range.

Keep me posted on the results.

This post excites me. I assumed that simply swapping over the single plane would give me a tenth or 2. More than that gives me something to shoot for.

very cool,
Jeb does some real nice work and I also like the idea of a centralized location for the TB.

What kind of parts will I need for this set up and what's the total cost. I've been looking for bases and see them in the 350-400 range but I don't know what other hardware I'm going to need other than the neck that converts it to a platform to hook up my TB. If someone on here makes the tube and could give me an estimate as well as a list of parts and or instructions I would be very greatful.

Thanks in advance.

Pete, I am sure you are going to love it. I have always been impressed with the photos other members have posted of Jeb's work.

Happy Hot Rodding!

.07? That isnt much of a gain. Goodluck Pete. I would like to see the difference between the SP and the MR.

If I ever get my azz focused and actually turn wrenches, you will know exactly how each will run. On my combo anyway

at a point when everything else is done and there are no more gains to be had (in class racing etc.)that would be a good improvement.
