I turn 16 soon and i just wandered why its fair when ive been working for 2 years straight to get enough money for my dream car. a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette coupe. And of course I have practiced in other cars ever since i got my permit and took the school driver ed program.i also am a 4.0 student who has nothing on my record and feel like i shouldnt be charged 1000 dollars and up to drive slowly in a car for myself.
