L-98(round lights) with B&B exhaust pictures!!
Before I put this system on, I looked for pictures with the system on a C4. It seemed like most of the cars I found were LT-1 or LT-4 cars. Well I decided to take some pictures this morning of my car. It's an 1988 L-98. This way if you want to go this route, you know exactly what it looks like. IMO, The tips on the system or the best looking, and there are functional unlike the Corsa system. This is my 3rd exhaust system, and I dont think I will be going to a 4th. I LOVE it! Incase you are wondering it's 3 inch duals.
There is reasonace from 1400-1800, then it goes away. You will see in the 5th picture that the left pipe hangs a tad lower then the right pipe, that's just the way it fabricated on.
Enjoy!

The sound is alot different then the Flowmaster's. The new system is louder at idle, but at WOT the exhaust gets quiet(sounds like an LT1/LT4 somewhat). But you have to remember this is a stock L-98 that runs in the mid-high 13's. The flowmaster was louded during WOT due to the small 2.25 inch piping, and the added back pressure. The B&B flows very well!

hopefully your fiance won't railroad you into removing your hi-po parts (namely the long tube headers) once she hears how loud that's gonna get
i've never heard the B&B, but i have to imagine they're head & shoulders over blow-crapmasters.......of course just about anything would be. and of course in the looks dept they kill blowmasters

Very nice system! Did you have this system custom fabricated? The reason I am asking is that B@B on there website shows only a 2 1/2 system for the l98. I would be very interested in a identical system for my 89'.

Looks Great!
The B&B is one of the best sounding exhaust systems I had ever heard (when I had a 300zx) I would absolutly LOVE to hear them on a Vette, perhaps a sound/video clip could be arranged (begging)

Do not buy the system for the L-98. Well it's up to you, but I have always wanted true duals on this car. The system is for an 96 LT4. I wasnt hard to fabricate. Any good exhaust guy can do it!

I like the C4 Stinger exaust thats a replica of the C5 version. Nice. Never heard about the B&B though. I like loud at idle, cruise, and especially at WOT. Going thru the search forum, I saw some exaust systems make car alarms go off. I would like it that loud. Didn't see what sytem they were using. Saw muffler eliminators and Borla brought up alot though. Nice exaust though. Stainless steel is a little more expensive. I would have gone with the aluminized steel.

I like your system. I didn't say I wouldn't buy it. The stinger is around 600 dollars. It is only a catback. Way to expensive for me. How much did you pay for your entire system?

nice Pics ! The exhaust looks beautiful and is the same reason why I went with B&B. I'm not hating on the choice because I have it as well, but I believe the new 'improved' b&b mufflers are a possible restriction compared to other exhaust systems, even the 2.5 inch Corsa.
Take a look inside your muffler tips and try and take a pic. The B&B has alot of walls and baffles that move the air through a maze before it comes out. On the corsa system it's a straight through.
In a few weeks when I get my car up and running I plan on removing the mufflers on the dyno to see what it's costing me, if anything at all. One thing I have noticed is my car always ran best with 31 degrees of timing. The LT4s are usually 36 degrees. Exhaust backpressure can cause the timing to be so much lower.
