Default Rear Spring Bushing Question - On the job now

In the middle of replacing the rear spring on my car. Of course I am getting come grease on the key board!

I ordered the VBP poly bushing kit for the rear spring. The problem is this... I have two different sized bushing in the kit. The originals appear to be the same size. So I have

Two big ones part number A3-1320
Two small ones part number A3-1321

I am guessing (semi-educated) that the top one is the smaller A3-1321 as it seems to fit in the better there... and the big one goes under. I know it probably will not matter much but I need to do it right...

Before I go forward anyone run into this? Advise? I am going back out to replace the left rear caliper and rotor.

I will check back in an hours or so....

On my car the large spring cushion went on top. It was just slightly larger then the cup on the spindle, I greased it and use a channel locks to hold it down.

On mine the smaller cushion was way to small to fit into the metal cup part on the top of the spindle. Did you get poly?

A few years back, I ordered and installed an entire set of poly bushing for the whole car. Make sure you use ample amount of the recommended grease or the new bushings will squeak.

Yes, I realize this post is a year old.... HOWEVER..... I found it through a Google search and was glad I did. I had no idea of the orientation of the small/large bushings. I tried searching what seems to be the now defunct VB&P and no luck. So again, thank you Corvette Forum!! Hope someone else can use this information as well.
