Default wet or dry

I have heard some convincing arrugments on the pros and cons for wet and dry shots in the L-98. so what are you guys running?

This is what i have heard
Wet:
PROS:flat out better and easier to tune.

CONS:may 'puddle' and denotate in the intake
Dry:
PROS: just as good as a wet shot

CONS: alittle difficult to place the nozzle
not as depenatible
