Trying to get the frisbee off......how do you hold the thing from turning?

I just did mine last Friday.... I think I used my hand.

actually, I used vice grips on the side of the frisbee, and held it with those. Once you break the bolt loose, it's not hard to hold the frisbee still.

Of course the serpentine is still in place.

I put the socket onto one nut and wedged a flat-blade screwdriver between two nuts as a lever and then just break the one free.

Then remove the serpentine, etc.

I'm with M P, did the vise grip thing, it will probably leave a little mark on it if you care about that. :smash:

Put the socket in place, wedge the ratchet somewhere and start the engine. That should loosen it right up. :rolleyes: ( I hope you know that was a joke) :D

Are you turning the nuts counter clockwise? I don't remember my frisbee being able to spin conterclockwise.
