Default tape on paint!!!! IS THERE ANY REMOVAL?

ok my dad decided to take my car out of the garage while im in school and put a plastic bag type meterial on it then taped it to the chasis and then put a tarp over it, seems like the tape came off and stuck to the paint and the plastic heated on to the paint as well, so now i have duct tape residue and plastic on my hood, this used to be the only place where my car had perfect paint, is there anyway of removing this stuff?

The oil in the peanut butter will soften the glue and the mild abrasiveness of the ground peanuts will help you to 'scrub' it off. Then you can just wash it off with warm water and detergent.

Mineral spirits works fine for me in those situations.
