I was thinking about this today when I was scanning my car. The '90 up C4 has a Double Din stereo opening that can hold a stereo with a LCD display screen. Those units are really coming down in price. I wonder - is there anyone who makes a unit that plugs into the ALDL port like a Tech1/MasterTech tool but can display the engine data on a double din stereo screen? That would be very cool, and useful.

I thought Pioneer had a head that did this, too...

I think Pioneer's top-level unit displays revs and lateral g's. the AVIC-z2 or something like that.

It's the AVIC-D1 or D2. There is a newer D3 I'm not really familiar with too. The Atlas looks kinda of cool, but it's only OBD2. Won't do you any good in a C4 unless you have a 96.
