How do you lower a C4?
Particularly the 84 & 85 vettes.
Is there only one way, or several ways to aproach the desired effect?
How low can you go without tires rubbing?
How much does it cost & where to get the kit?
I have seen some really nice C4s lowered on here, just wondering.
Lowering kits are available from all of the major parts houses (MAM, Ecklers, etc.). Rear is easy. Just replace two bolts with longer ones. The front however is more involved and requires the removal of the transverse spring. You can slam it pretty low but manhole covers and speed bumps will NOT be your friend.
