Its too nice to take the car apart!!!!!!
It was gorgeous out today, had the top off and the windows down. At the same time, my Super Ram showed up from Speed Demon MS and my Hooker longtubes came last night. The machine shop is done with the short block, I have my heads and my converter. My Dana 44 is sitting on the bench waiting. Here is my dilemma, its too nice out! I don't want to tear into the car when I can drive it everyday. I never thought I would want it to be cold in December.:) Anyone else putting off mods untill the snow flies?

Isn't it something? This is the second time this week I washed my car in shorts and a t shirt IN DECEMBER! Then, cruised with the windows down. I think it reached 70 here today. UN-REAL. My Sister is in Florida and heard it was warm here! It's 82 in Fla...not too far off it here. I hope it sticks around a little longer. I love driving the car! Sucks when the roads are all crappy...and seeing it sit there is depressing.(No way I am chancing scratching/ruining the new paint)

I hear ya. I took mine apart a couple or three weeks ago and have regretted it. I missed a lot of top down days since then. :rolleyes:

I know what you mean, I have some mods to do also.
It's still so nice out that I don't want to take the car apart just yet.
Might have to wait until January.

I didn't get a chance to decide 3 weeks ago the rad on my 93 sprung a leak and I've had it apart since. :( I should have it back together by this weekend though :D

Keep putting off that lay the car up deal... It is December here in Michigan too... was 70 out.. took off the top, left work & racked up some quality time. (heck even @ 9:30 tonight it is still in the 60's) :cool: :cool: :cool:

They're saying record high temp for today! It's already 70 out :D:D. Top is off again(I think I took it off more in Nov-Dec than in the summer!) and hope to capture this beautiful day.
Imagine if it we're always like this? Now I know what Californians (or elsewhere that it's warm)feel like.
