It looks like Tunercat still supports the software with updates.
Although I've never used the OBDII version, I have extensively used Tunercat's OBD1 software. The OBD1 software is very easy to use, and Tunercat has great customer service complete with updates.
I know I'm not directly answering your question, but I don't think you can go wrong with this software. You might also check out some of the Camaro sites. The Camaro guys seem a little more into to modding than us conservative Vette guys.
