I got a 84 and it cuts out after doing one donut and runs out of gas when it gets down to one or two bars on the fuel gauge. I guess I need a new 1985 OEM fuel pump which I have on order. I am also waiting on a DCS fuel pressure assembly. Do you think this will solve my problem and is this a common problem with the Cross Fire injection??

let me know what you find my 84 will stumble upon hard acceleration or after taking a hard corner
and it will run out of gas showing a 1/4 tank on the guage

Because GM didn't put any baffles in the tank so the the fuel moves away from the pickup when accell hard or hard cornering with low (1/4) tank.

It's a common known problem with C4 Corvettes.

Yeah the tank was more than half full but I wil try the new 85 fuel pump and DCS products and see what happens. I Just rented a 08 vette today for a day and it makes my 84 seem like a soap box car.
430hp vs 210hp tends to do that plus it handles and drives so much better. But hey $2500 vs $60K+ makes me love my 84 a whole lot more
