The ABS/ASR Service lights have popped on and off on my 92 model for a while. No fluid issues however now I have to pump the brake at least once to keep the pedal from being very low. I have plenty of pads left no brake fluid issues. What's up with this thing??? I replaced the master cylinder right after a total brake failure. Flushed the lines and have all new fluid. I still however have a service abs/asm light. Next idea. Boy..I hope this car stops nickle and diming me to death. Thanks Everyone.

Bad air bubble or master/c.
I would first do a complete system bleed and replace with fresh fluid.
Your master cylinder could be leaking (fluid getting past the plunger).

....i had a 1981 vette 5 years ago and had a similar problem...i bled and flushed the ENTIRE brake system many times and checked for leaks in every place a leak could occur and none was found....the fluid never got low as there was no loss of fluid anywhere...
...i came to find that the rear(s) calipers were sucking air IN upon the release of the brake pedal and over time, the brakes would be very low to the point on non-existance. i changed out the rear brake calipers and that solved my problem. this may somewhat be what you have ocurring and it is something for you to consider...good luck...
