Spring protectors?
Did anyone else leave these off when lowering the front? I checked into these and some later years don't even have them. I'm not intending to reinstall them. These are the metal cups held on by four screws on each side of the spring channel ends. I haven't seen these guys mentioned before with lowering.
I'm also thinking of getting some shorter bolts for the spring perch fasteners. The drivers side front bolt runs into the rack a little bit. It'd be cool to tack nuts on the top and use a bolt from below.
