It's for a 96. The plastic connector that plugs in to the temp sensor on the water pump. Any help appreciated.

Dealer. I actually had a buddy at a dealer rewire mine up with new connectors in it for free. Let me guess, your engine is running like poopie out of know where and the temperature on the digital guage is jumping everywhere.. right!?!?

It took me forever to figure out that was what was causing my engine to run like crap.

Close. Wacked it putting the camber brace in. No problem for a week. Lit the SES today. Put it on the scanner and hit the jackpot - P114, P115, P118.

I was hoping I could avoid a trip to the dealer (sigh).

You might want to oil up before the trip.

My TCCM connector was $26, arg.

I got mine when I changed the sensor from my local parts store. The reason I needed to change it is because the design was changed. It was like a 5 dollar pig tail. The old one was round and the new is an oval shape.

I oiled up as recommended. Before submitting to the local dealer I called Jeff Koop. About $25 for the sensor AND a pigtail connector!!

Hate to waste the lube job. Maybe I'll work on my taxes today.

I don't know if the temperature sensor connector is one of them; but, Ecklers has a listing of many of the sensor connectors in their catalog.

Turns out that it was just the sensor that was bad. I thought I might have damaged the connector but I guess not.

I now have a connector if anyone needs it.

Same here. A new connector came with a new sensor (from the parts store). I didn't need to use it since it was the same as the one on the car, though.
