Default More head porting pics...

Here's some more pics of the head porting job. I think I'm near completion. It's funny how when I'm working they look pretty good, but the pics show where I need to do more work.

Looks like your getting closer....port & polish work takes "forever"...atleast for me anyway Get in there with some sanding rolls and smooth the high spots out and see what still needs attention.

Yeah sanding rolls are great for that final finish on the intake. Cross buffs work well to polish the exhaust side to good finish.

Cast iron...youll be blowing black boogers for a few days
Looks good for your first time. Using cartridge rolls can clean it up some but dont get too worried over it as you wont really get a performance gain unless there a lot of high spots. Once you fire it up the exh port will be covered in carbon anyway, dont go too far either and knock holes in things. ( Id leave it as is )

Yeah I think I'm done, I could nit pick for ever but I gotta draw the line somewhere. Thanks for the help
