Removing the hose connections into/outoff the TB that are used to heat the TB for colder climates. Basically, you remove the the hose connections from the TB and re-join them together via a joiner kit available from Corvette Central, MAD, Ecklers. The idea is to reduce the heat in the air intake pasing through the TB - colder air burns better.

2' of 5/8" Heater hose and 2 hose clamps, some plugs if you want to cover up the unsightly stems coming off your TB after you remove the heater hoses from the TB or a coupler to join 5/8" heater hoses. Im not good at describing what exactly to do so Im sure someone else can explain that better. you can get the hose and clamps from an auto parts store for around $5.
