Can anyone recommend a good machine shop around the Ft Lauderdale area in South Florida.

I am replacing my short block and want to get my heads cleaned up and maybe ported

Also, the lower intake bolt on the very front of one of the heads broke off in the head and half of the bolt hole broke off and I need to get it repaired

To resurface the heads, grind the valves/seats and replace the related spring components in the valvetrain not including the port work you'd be looking in neighborhood of ~$600 with no additional work done. You might want to think about picking up "new" set of complete aftermarket (unported) heads that flow better than the lightly "ported" version of ones you've already got to save yourself some down time and headaches.
