Andy,
I lost your email address.
Send me an email and I'll send you photos of Grumpy's plenum on my 89.
As you know, I have been running it now for over 6 months. No problems other that it wants to rev alot higher than the modified tpi set up that I had.

A while ago, I came across a site for a company that sells a modified HSR that will fit under the C4's hood, but I just tried to find the link and couldn't. I know I saved it though.
The modified unit can be purchased with the necessary fuel rails too. I just can't remember if it still calls for a small diameter distributor and divorced coil.
I do remember there was nothing about whether or how much the power is effected by the modded HSR..
Maybe someone can post the link.
Jake

I do remember that the shop offered many FI related parts and services. All I can recommend is to be patient and keep checking for the site to come back on-line.

If you're really serious about tracking down that plenum, grumpyvette, AKA Paul Langevin, the guy who was making them, used to hang out on another forum: digitalcorvettes.com - I don't know if he still does. He uses the same name on that forum that he used on this one. Good luck.

I have found Paul L. He is out of them and will be another month at least to get it all back in poroduction. I would rather get something sooner than later because the shop it is being done at would rather have the car out of their hair sooner than later.

the height of the ramjet intake is 9 3/4". to fit under the C4 hood you need less then 10" near the firewall and less then 9" at the throttle body.
i emailed www.rancefi.com when i was researching intakes. they have a manifold similar to the holly stealth ram for $255. it is also about 10" tall, but he said he can machine it to any height. we didn't discuss how much extra that would be.
I've also concidered converted carb intakes, converted LT1 intake and used minirams. i'm still undecided on which direction i want to take.
