Default Subframe Mount part # 10203412

I just found a large (6") bolt and washer laying in my driveway. The # 10203412 was stamped on it and after a quick google search I see it is a subframe mount bolt. From where I found it in the driveway it looks like its from the left side.

Can someone help me find where this is suppose to go? Pictures would help.

Will it cause problems if I don't put it back right away?
